  • 60 copies printed; signed by Lisa Unger Baskin and Carol Hughes. Copies numbered 1-10 are bound in full leather and have a second suite of woodcuts, a woodcut portrait of Ted Hughes, a preparatory drawing, a woodblock and a sheet of Hughes' working manuscript. Copies numbered 11-60 constitute the "regular edition."
  • "Printed at the Gehenna Press from early autumn of 2000 through the dry spring of 2002. The forty-seven woodcuts are printed from the original cherry blocks cut by Leonard Baskin. The paper is Zecchi, hand made in Italy. The types are Centaur & Arrighi, composed & cast by the Golgonooza Letter Foundry. The printing of the letterpress was achieved by Arthur Larson & Daniel Keleher of Hadley, Massachusetts"--Colophon.
