Summary
Footage of workshop rehearsals of Robert Wilson's production of Alice at the Thalia Theater. Edited "run-through" assembled from rehearsals held between February 11 and March 6, 1992. Footage of 14 scenes and 14 "Knee plays" (connective interludes between scenes) introduced by a title and a shot of a miniature stage model, with date stamp in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. Minimal sets, props, lighting, and costume elements used. Wilson gives stage directions during the run-through.
