- Summary
- Outtakes featuring theatrical producer Joseph Papp from a television profile of poet and dramatist Ntozake Shange aired as an episode of Camera three. The program which follows Shange over a three day period includes interviews with theatrical producer Joseph Papp as well as a meeting between Papp and Shange. Videocassettes one and two contain footage from the meeting in which Papp and Shange discuss their work and their working relationship. Videocassette three contains the unedited interview with Papp in which he discusses his views of Shange and their work together. Papp also examines how racial topics have been expressed in his various productions by African American artists.
