Summary
Robert Wilson directs rehearsals for the 1988 production of the collaborative "jazz opera" Cosmopolitan greetings. On discs 1 and 2, Wilson works with performers on staging, scene changes, and costume changes. "Knee plays" (connecting scenes) are rehearsed. Several jazz numbers rehearsed. Discs 3-7 contain a run-through of the show in costume with lighting.
