- "Wilderness" (1st work) features poetry (performed by Barbara Noska), recordings of wolf howling and bugs buzzing, and instrumental ensemble. Tape silent during baboon section (7:00-7:40) [edit; cut abruptly] ; a brief excerpt of eagle/mockingbird section ; a full zoo/menagerie section [remainder]. Text written by Carl Sandburg.
- "Sun on show" (2nd work) begins with both live singing and pre-recorded vocal tracks by Barbara Noska. Words of poem are sung "vertically and horizontally"--Program. Added instrumentations were improvised; music based on the vocal line.
- Some talking recorded between 2nd-3rd works ; low audio (not miked).
- "Untitled" (3rd work) text sung in Nahuatl language ; vocal with instrumental ensemble.
