Summary
Unidentified video footage related to an educational program and festival in the Bronx. Tape begins with interview with four individuals who discuss an educational program (in the performing arts?) involving ten public schools. Tape cuts to performance festival on the street in front of San Juan Health Center. A couple does salsa dancing, viewed by an audience. Next, boys perform karate exercises lead by their instructor. This tape appears to be part of an original series of six.
