- Summary
- Publicity portraits, group portraits and candid views of vibraphonist Roy Ayers. Most publicity portraits, created for Polydor records, show a young Ayers. Group portraits depict Ayers playing the vibraphone with Lionel Hampton; with inmates of the Lorton Reformatory (Virginia); and with members of his muscial group Roy Ayers Ubiquity, who are identified as Liz Freeman, Sandy Hewitt, David Lee, Juma Santos, Beverly Todd, Marc and Harry Whitaker and Myrnaleah Williams.
