- There are three variant printings of the word "propter" in line 7 of the title: "[pro]pter," "ppoter," and, as in this copy, "proter"; cf. Fowler. Baudrier records "[pro]pter."
- Signatures: A-H⁸ I-M⁴ N-2F⁸. Cf. register at end.
- Error in foliation: nos. 81-96 omitted (not noted by Baudrier, who records sigs. as "A-h, n-z-AA-FF par 8, i, K, l, m, par 8").
- Title page printed in red except for asterisk following "signo" and crosses above and below date; within woodcut historiated border, printed in black, reproduced in Baudrier, p. 165. Initial spaces with guide letters throughout.
- The ill. are woodcuts, "copied from the Giunta Florentine editions [1513, 1522] ... and from the Como, 1521 edition ... [the latter] in reduced form and designated by an asterisk"--Fowler. Ill. on leaf 60 is printed upside-down.
