- · Autograph poem, "Aan den Hoofdorichter Southey" : (MISC 1592) ; 4 p. fair copy of an ode to Robert Southey, in Dutch, ca. 1825.
- · To Robert Southey, poet : 12 autograph letters signed : 2 Aug 1825 - 26 Jul 1831 : (MISC 1595-1606) : offering deeply detailed biographical accounts. The first letters date from just after the first meetings of the two poets, and the last letters portray a distraught widower dealing with the anguish of the loss of his wife.
