Documentary about the making of Noemie Lafrance's site-specific dance work Noir, which was staged in a parking garage in New York City and inspired by film noir. Lafrance discusses the work in detail and speaks about her biography and her interest in site-specific choreography, including her previous works Descent and Melt (excerpts of which are shown). Includes performance excerpts from Noir and footage of rehearsals and the preparation of costumes.
