Summary
Television broadcast of the final night of the 2005 Bournonville Festival of the Royal Danish Ballet. The first half hour of the program introduces the festival and the influence of Bournonville with narration by television hosts, interviews with artistic director Frank Andersen, dancers and stagers, and footage of audience members arriving at the theater, including members of the Danish royal family. The remainder of the program is interspersed with further narration, interviews and archival film material.
