Summary
This DVD presents the mission and activities of the Isadora Duncan Dance Group, which was founded in 1985 by Barbara Kane and Francoise Rageau to promote and preserve the work of Isadora Duncan. Individual chapters include information on Duncan's artistic vision and the school of dance she founded; the background of the IDDG and its founders; footage of workshops and classes taught by the group for schoolchildren, adults with mental disabilities, and the elderly, all in and around London; and excerpts from performances by the group, in works by Duncan and Barbara Kane.
