The intaglio printing for the dry-point engraving by Jim Dine was done by Robert Townsend in Georgetown, Massachusetts. The paper is Curtis Ruysdael. The book was designed and produced under the direction of Andrew Hoyem"--Colophon.
The full-page drypoint port. (plate mark 29 x 20 cm.) is printed with cream Kitikata paper chine collé on white Curtis Ruysdael paper.
