  • "The Raw & the Cooked was set in Centaur monotype by M&H Type, hand-printed on Arches MBM at the Center for Book Arts by Barry Magid, and bound by Campbell-Logan Bindery, in an edition of 126 copies, all signed by the author. Twenty-six copies were specially bound in quarter-morrocco over boards covered with hand-made paper infused with Garlic & Herbs"--colophon.
