Summary
Bette Bourne and Ivan of the British all-male theatre troupe Bloolips speak with co-hosts Susan Haskins and Michael Riedel. Founded by Bourne and his partner Paul Shaw a/k/a "Precious Pearl," Bloolips is a troupe of actors who satirize sexuality and society, and whose members often appear in drag. Bourne and Ivan discuss their current production Get Hur, about the love between Roman Emperor Hadrian and the Greek youth Antinous, and their feelings about dressing and performing in drag.
