After ca. 4 min. of applause and other extraneous crowd noises, Elizabeth Keen speaks about her work Mini-quilt, including a discussion of Irish jig dancing and movement demonstrations (ca. 18 min.); Elina Mooney speaks about her work Rope dance I, including movement demonstrations (ca. 10 min.); Janet Soares speaks about her dance Bentwood pieces, including the influence of the art noveau style, as illustrated with slides (ca. 5 min.); Raymond Johnson speaks briefly about his work [Landmark #1] prior to movement demonstrations that illustrate his working process (ca. 7 min.). Question and answer period with the audience moderated by Johnson, including comments by the two dancers [Theodora Yoshikami and Joan Finkelstein] who performed Rope dance 1 (ca. 7 min.; ends abruptly).

- Recording of lecture-demonstrations given by Elizabeth Keen, Elina Mooney, Janet Soares, and Raymond Johnson at The New School for Social Research in New York City on Oct. 23, 1973. This group of lecture-demonstrations is the third of four that were held between Oct. 9 and Oct. 30, 1973, part of the ChoreoConcerts and critiques series of lecture-demonstrations performed at The New School and sponsored by the Choreographers Theatre. Each choreographer speaks about the work commissioned for and performed at the program, with some movement demonstrations and other illustrations. The talks are followed by a question and answer period with the audience.
