- Jeanette Ordman (dancer/founding artistic director of Bat Dor) discusses the position arts hold in Israel, how the mandatory army service affects the company, how music and dance play an integral part of the culture, when Ordman first encountered the Martha Graham technique and her thoughts on it, the audition process for the Bat Dor company, types of choreographers used for the company, and her heath issues including a hip replacement and breast cancer. Recordings of dance excerpts are interspersed throughout the interview.
