Summary
Lucinda Childs (post-modern choreographer/dancer) discusses her childhood memories of dancing, studing with Hanya Holm and Helen Tamiris, attending Yvonne Rainer performance which changed her perception of modern dance, participating in Robert Dunn's composition class which helped her to adapt the principles of John Cage, her involvement in the Judson Dance Group, and her break from dance between 1968 and 1973. At the conclusion of the interview is a performance of Suite fantaisiste with choreographer, dancer Catherine Turocy.
