  • Accumulating Venus is based upon Anthony L'Abbé's Passacaille de Venüs et Adonis, London, ca. 1725 ; Trompe l'oeil is based upon L'Entrée d'Apollon and Les folies d'Espagne pour femme by Louis-Guillaume Pécour, Paris, 1700 with additional choreography and interpretation by Austin McCormick ; Armida abbandonata is based upon the A passacaille by Anthony L'Abbé, London, 1711, with reconstruction by Sarah Edgar and Deda Cristina Colonna ; Caprice is based upon selected figures from 18th century Spanish dances choreographed by Louis-Guillaume Pécour and Raoul Auger Feuillet, Paris, 1700-1725, with improvisation by the dancers within a structure devised by Catherin Turocy.
