Illustrated throughout with hand-colored reproductions of drawings, some with collage elements and pencil drawings.
Binding: Publisher's black linen with 16 cutouts in front cover and 1 cutout in back cover; open spine. Non-adhesive binding struture, with boards attached to signatures by a Coptic stitch. By Daniel E. Kelm at Wide Awake Garage. Issued in black cloth solander case by Jill Jevne.
