Summary
Rehearsal of exerpts of the dance number "On a Sunday by the sea," also known as the Mack Sennett ballet or the Keystone Kops ballet, from the 1947 Broadway musical High button shoes. Staged in preparation for the musical retrospective Jerome Robbins' Broadway, which premiered at the Imperial Theatre, New York, N.Y. in February 1989. Jerome Robbins works with various pairs and groups of dancers on sections of the ballet.
