- An onstage run-through of the number "Mr. Monotony," originally intended for, but then later cut from, the Broadway musicals Miss Liberty (1949) and Call me madam (1950), in preparation for the musical retrospective Jerome Robbins' Broadway, which premiered in 1989 at the Imperial Theatre, New York, N.Y. Jerome Robbins' voice is heard off-camera. Run-through is followed by a technical work session with production personnel, performers and musical accompanist.
