  • Fâcheux was a ballet in one act based on Molière, with a libretto by Boris Kochno, choreography by Bronislava Nijinska, music by Georges Auric, and costume, set, and curtain designs by Georges Braque. Premiered Jan. 19, 1924 by Diaghilev's Ballets Russes at Le Théâtre de Monte Carlo in Monte Carlo.

One of 23 hand-colored etchings of Georges Braque's designs for Les facheux, most likely from a copy of the limited edition monograph, Théâtre Serge de Diaghilew: Les fâcheux. Library holds copy of complete volume: *MGTZ (Les fâcheux).
