- Costume design for the card player in the ballet Les fâcheux. Design depicts a male figure in Baroque attire: a ruffed collar, stripped wide-sleeved coat, knee-breeches trimmed with ribbons, and a plumed hat. He holds a group of playing cards in one hand.
- Notations in French, on recto in pencil, describes fabric and costume colors.
- On verso, in pencil: Wojzikovsky. (Costume design for Leon Woizikowsky who played the card player in Fâcheux.)
- This design was drawn on the verso of a page from an art catalog or publication reproducing a painting by Francis Picabia.

- Fâcheux was a ballet in one act based on Molière, with a libretto by Boris Kochno, choreography by Bronislava Nijinska, music by Georges Auric, and costume, set, and curtain designs by Georges Braque. Premiered Jan. 19, 1924 by Diaghilev's Ballets Russes at Le Théâtre de Monte Carlo in Monte Carlo.
