- Summary
- The first of Gilliat and Launder's St. Trinians epics, stars Alastair Sim as the headmistress of a private school for young ladies. Sim also plays Clarence Fritton, the bookmaker brother of the bemused Miss Fritton, who hits upon a scheme to make a killing at the racetrack. The anarchistic, precocious girls of St. Trinians, a permanent headache for the police and the Ministry of Education, foil the horsenapping of a famous steed.
