Captures Isherwood in his everyday life as he discusses his literature with regard to his homosexuality, his memories of W.H. Auden, involvement in eastern mysticism and relationship with artist Don Bachardy. Isherwood describes his part in developing the "Cabaret" scenario and offers observations Berlin in the 1920's.
