- Summary
- INVADED was developed from Tovsky's desire to use "painterly" techniques in a visual narrative structure. A piece of "found" footage from the film, Invaders from Mars, is collaged into a condensed series of images. These images are layered with additional graphics, emphasizing and reinforcing the structure. The psychological and emotional sub-text extrapolated from the original film is used with impact in INVADED and concerns an invasion of the senses. --B.T.
