- Summary
- Three animal children learn a lesson about appreciation in this animated fable. A sleepy alligator-taxi named Monty carries Arthur the frog, Doris the duck and Tom the rabbit across the river to and from school. Instead of appreciating the reptile's reliable albeit leisurely service, his passengers continually complain about Monty's shortcomings. One day, Monty decides to take an alligator vacation, leaving Doris, Arthur and Tom to find another mode of transportation.
