- Summary
- This tape presents a "quasi-ethnographic" look at Hopi culture while propounding an aesthetic which is a challenging worldview and a call for intercultural expression. Computer graphics are used to restate oral tradition and to illustrate the self-renewing cosmology of Native Americans. The central figure is the ritual clown mandated to instruct, admonish and discipline.
