- Summary
- In this animated adaptation, Spellbinder the Sorcerer hires Hans as his apprentice believing that the boy can neither read nor write. At first, Hans is an enthusiastic helper, but after learning of Spellbinder's evil ways, he plans to use his ability to read against the sorcerer. When Spellbinder challenges Hans to a duel of magic, Hans uses what he has read in the Book of Magic to defeat his master.
