- Summary
- In 1932, Henri Storck began examining 1928 newsreel footage with the intention of using it for a simple editing exercise. Half documentary, half satire, this film focuses on the idealistic signing of the Kellog-Briand Pact making war illegal. Storck intersperses footage of the nations of the world arming themselves for yet another military confrontation.
