Summary
Uses sand animation to tell the story of a young Jewish boy who experiences a death in his family. The film concerns the death of a grandmother. Despite predictions that any day might be her last, her tortured life lingers on for several years becoming the focal point of family tensions, squabbles and guilt. Her young grandson is an integral part of it all and it is through his eyes that the story is told.
