- Summary
- Survivors of the Pol Pot regime in Cambodia recount the horrors of civil war and the atrocities suffered at the hands of the Khmer Rouge. Footage of the communist takeover, forced relocations to labor camps in the countryside and mass graves of the executed are juxtaposed with scenes of Cambodian refugees in New York City where these new immigrants adapt to western life and preserve a sense of culture and community.
