- Summary
- This animated adaptation is the story of Lizzie Firkin, a songwriter who composes all day long and spends her evenings singing, dancing and playing the trombone at famous nightclubs. Lizzie is so busy that she never has time to tidy her apartment. When things get completely out of control, she hires Robin Puckertucker, the Wonder Housekeeper, to work his house cleaning magic. Embarassed by the mess, Lizzie straightens out the house before Robin's arrival. Mr. Puckertucker is utterly dismayed by the neatness but immediately becomes hopeful when he notices a large cupboard mysteriously nailed shut.
