- Summary
- In this animated adaptation, Nora is the ignored middle child of a mouse family. Trying to get her parents' and siblings'attention, Nora slams windows, drops marbles, and knocks over lamps and chairs. Her older sister Kate keeps asking her why she is so dumb. Exasperated, Nora decides to run away. At first, the family enjoys the peace and quiet created by her absence but soon realizes that something is terribly amiss. When Nora noisily bursts from the closet, everyone is happy and relieved. The story is accompanied by evocative sound effects and music.
