- Description
- 1 videocassette (25 min.) : sd. col.; 1/2 in.
- Summary
- Video silhouettes of two dancers perform while VanderBeek narrates: "I want to open a theater of dreams," he says, "I am the metaphor that seeks its own meaning." VanderBeek appears briefly with the dancers superimposed over his face, and begins recounting his "two craziest dreams." As visual counterpoint to his stories, the woman dancer materializes in a television "test pattern." The dancers are members of the Elaine Summers Company.
