Summary

Recounts with humor a hot air balloon adventure over Kenya. Alan Root foresaw the hot air balloon's ideal possibility as a platform for filming animals but not the escapades in learning how to fly it. With his wife, Joan, Root touches down in a lake and is dangerously dragged across it by the wind. They land in a forest and are finally the first to balloon over the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro at 25,000 feet.
