Summary
A study of the Artsconnection Project. Each fall, representatives of The Alvin Ailey American Dance Center and The New York School for Circus Arts/Big Apple Circus audition hundreds of New York City public school students who would otherwise not have access to professional evaluation and training. The film moves through the audition process into the world of seven of the most gifted students as they reveal what the program means to them.
