- Description
- 1 film reel (30 min.) : sd., col.; 16 mm.
- Summary
- Set in an unnamed Latin American city, this adaptation of the Cortazar story centers on a young man enervated by the perilous thrill of making graffiti sketches on walls. His cat-and-mouse tweaking of the omnipresent military sentinels takes a strange twist when he discovers that someone has joined his precarious avocation by making drawings next to his. The young man's curiosity about the identity of his fellow conspirator prompts an artistic dialogue carried on through labyrinthine alleyways. When he draws a sketch designed to unmask his unknown counterpart, however, the game culminates in tragedy.
