- Summary
- An iconographic adaptation of the story about an Irish steam-shovel artist and his old-fashioned steam-shovel, Mary Anne. When big diesel machines threaten to make Mike and Mary Anne obsolete, the two succeed in digging the cellar for the new Town Hall in just one day. In so doing, they dig themselves into another dilemma which is resolved by a little boy.
