- Summary
- Using on-camera interviews, archival film footage and stills, this film explores the ballet "Giselle." Sir Anton Dolin conducts interviews with some of the prima ballerinas who have danced "Giselle", discusses his experiences as Prince Albrecht and is shown instructing Patricia McBride and Helgi Tomasson in the roles. Among the dancers who reminisce about the ballet are Natalia Makarova, Yvette Chauvire, Alicia Alonso, Galina Ulanova, Alicia Markova, Carla Fracci, Olga Spessivtzeva and Tamara Karassavina.
