- Summary
- In this animated adaptation, Spellbinder the Sorcerer hires Hans as his apprentice, believing the boy can neither read nor write. Hans is an enthusiastic helper, but learning of Spellbinder's evil ways, the boy uses his abilities against him. When Spellbinder challenges Hans to a duel of magic, Hans uses what he has read in the Book of Magic to defeat his malevolent master.
