Based on actual events, this film intends to demonstrate that humanity and concern among ethnically diverse neighbors can develop a sense of community. The film takes place on one of the "worst" streets in New York City, and focuses on one Hispanic boy's efforts to go into the "flower box business." He receives encouragement and capital from a young and affluent white couple that moves onto the block. (Circulates)
