- Summary
- This avant-garde gay musical concerns two former college roommates and lovers, who meet after some years. Tom, a poet, comes to a Toronto university for a reading of his work, and afterwards, accepts a dinner invitation at the home of his ex-lover, Michael, who is now married. Their awkward reunion is musically dramatized. The two men sing their secret thoughts to one another across the dinner table, while the other guests eat and engage in conversation.
