George Fuller-von Bozzay, director of the Biofeedback Institute of San Francisco, describes the role of biofeedback for medical treatment, relaxation and personal growth. 2) James Bugental - Humanistic psychotherapy. James Bugenthal, first president of the Association for Humanistic Psychology, and author of The Search for authenticity and Psychotherapy and process, employs techniques of humanistic-existential psychotherapy to aid clients in a journey toward greater wholeness and aliveness. 3) Bernie Zilbergeld - Putting psychotherapy on the couch. Decrying the fact that psychotherapy has been oversold and overused, Bernie Zilbergeld, author of The Shrinking of America and Mind power, asserts that achieving personal transformation through psychotherapy requires making difficult and disturbing changes in your life. 4) Stanley Keleman - Somatic-emotional therapy. Stanley Keleman, author of Somatic reality, Your body speaks its mind, and Embodying experience, is the director of the Center for energetic studies in Berkeley. Keleman presents a five-step process for recognizing and then changing our various bodily postures to gain overall well-being.
