Summary
Christine, a young woman desperate for employment, takes a job as a ticket seller at a 42nd Street porn theater called the Variety. Ensconced in the glass booth but hearing the sexual sounds emanating from the screen, Christine begins to pursue her voyeuristic urges for the films and the customers, much to the chagrin of her boyfriend. She is particularly fascinated by an elderly patron, a gangster, whom she trails on her off hours. In this film which explores a woman's right to sexual fantasies without punishment or degradation, Christine becomes the hunter.
