- Summary
- Belinda Mason, a native of eastern Kentucky, was a small-town journalist and young mother who became infected with the HIV virus in 1987. Funny, down-to-earth, and never self-pitying, she talks about her own experiences dealing with AIDS, the support she found within her rural community, and her role and reponsibilities as a national spokesperson for people with AIDS.
