When Rebecca's brother Joseph Kellogg learned how to be a French trader with the Far Indians -- 1727. When Rebecca's son Joseph Evans went to New Jersey and learned how to be a Delaware Indian -- The 1730s. When Rebecca's friend from the Deerfield raid, Stephen Williams, helped start the Stockbridge Mission at Westenhuc -- 1744. When David Brainerd became a missionary to the Delawares and Rebecca was the interpreter for Mohawk Sachem Cayenquerigo -- 1749 and 1753. When Rebecca's younger sons explored Pennsylvania and Sam Evans lived at Meniolagomeka Moravian Mission -- 1748 and 1754. When Rebecca and her new husband Benjamin Ashley, went to Onaquaga, New York, with missionaries from Stockbridge, Massachusetts -- 1757. When Rebecca dined at Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and brought her grandson back with her to Onaquaga.
