Summary
Actress Angela Lansbury discusses her role as Madame Arcati in the current revival of Noel Coward's Blithe spirit with hosts Michael Riedel and Susan Haskins. She examines the British class system as found in Coward's work, and reminisces about her childhood in England. She recounts her experiences coming to America as a teenager, her early years in show business, and her film career at MGM and elsewhere. Lansbury also discusses her friendship with the late Bea Arthur.
