There, he developed plates with Julia D'Amario, and finalized poems which were hand set and bound into a prototype by Ruth Lingen. The printing was completed in New York City; etching by Julia D'Amario and Bill Hall, letterpress by Ruth Lingen. The paper is Hahnemuhle Biblio and the typeface is Lutetia"--Colophon.
