They have been bound and slipcased by the Fine Bindery, UK, with the exception of HC i and ii. This edition includes Jim Dine's untitled etching, laid into a wallet in the slipcase. The Whitman College edition is numbered 31-60, with one additional hors commerce copy. There are also 10 artist proof copies and 6 collaborator copies. These copies, and Enitharmon's HC i and ii, have been bound by Mark Tomlinson in Easthampton, MA ... All copies are signed by the artist"--Colophon.
  • "Jim Dine began this collaborative book at Whitman College, Walla Walla, WA in July 1998. There, he developed plates with Julia D'Amario, and finalized poems which were hand set and bound into a prototype by Ruth Lingen. The printing was completed in New York City; etching by Julia D'Amario and Bill Hall, letterpress by Ruth Lingen. The paper is Hahnemuhle Biblio and the typeface is Lutetia"--Colophon.
